FAQ
-
Because we have many customers that reschedule several appointments out and because not all pets are friendly with strangers or other animals we require appointments for services.
À la carte services such as nail trims and ear cleaning can usually be scheduled the same day.
-
As required by state law, all pets must be up-to-date with a rabies vaccination.
For dogs, we highly recommend distemper, parvo, and kennel cough vaccinations.
For cats, we highly recommend the FVRCP vaccine.
-
Bathing: every pet is bathed with a shampoo that will best suit their current skin and coat condition. We use high-quality professional products.
Drying: pets are dried by hand with a professional grade dryer and fluff dried as needed. Cage drying and air drying decreases the grooming quality considerably and is only practiced for comfort grooms.
ClipperVac: we use a vacuum system to keep blades cool, create a more even hair cut, and to reduce the amount of loose hair that sticks to your pet.
Certifications: continuing education and certifications are often overlooked. We have attended trade shows and take hand on classes to create a safe environment for your pets.
